At Annika Meyer – Cape Town, every item is created and packaged with care. We want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. Please read the policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled.


Important Information

Money-Back Guarantee

Our money-back guarantee applies only if an item arrives:

  • damaged,

  • defective, or

  • missing parts.

For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Skin-tight garments

  • Underwear

  • Opened cosmetics, creams, or oils

Results & Quality Disclaimer

As many of our pieces require hand-finishing and delicate detailing, slight variations may occur. These are natural characteristics of handcrafted items and not considered defects. Individual results may vary based on personal use and care.

Return Costs

We do not offer free returns.
Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs.


Return Eligibility

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • All original packaging, tags, and components are included

  • The item has not been worn, used, washed, or damaged

  • Hygiene-sensitive items have been cleaned properly before returning

  • Any defects are reported immediately upon delivery

  • The customer covers the return shipping fee

We reserve the right to decline a return if the item appears used, altered, or damaged due to customer handling.


How to Initiate a Return

To begin your return, please email us at:

Include the following in your message:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos if the item is damaged or defective

  • Your full name and delivery address

After review, we will provide the correct return address.
⚠️ Do NOT return your item to the sender’s address printed on the parcel — this will delay your return and may prevent processing.

Always wait for confirmation before shipping your return.


Additional Notes

Uncollected or Refused Parcels

If a parcel is unclaimed, refused, or returned to our warehouse by the courier, a R300 handling fee will be deducted from the refund (if applicable).

Refund Timeline

Please allow up to 20 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item for your refund to be processed.
This timeframe is due to:

  • high return volumes,

  • South African international transit times, and

  • manual quality checks.

Shipping Origin

All items are shipped from our international fulfilment facility.
If your parcel is already in transit, cancellation is not possible until delivery is complete.

Once you receive your item, you may proceed with a return request following the steps above.


Order Cancellation & Refund Process

To cancel an order, please email Support@annikameyer.co.za as soon as possible.
If your order has not yet been processed, we will assist with cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation can only be completed after delivery and return.

Refunds are issued via your original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Please note: original shipping fees are non-refundable.
